At New U Case, we take pride in the quality of our personalized products. Since all orders are custom-made through Printful, we follow their fulfillment and return policies.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins, and orders cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds:

Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for items that were made correctly according to your order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
